Item Special Note
Membership is valid for two adults and any dependents age 22 or younger, all at the same address. Families may also request a complimentary personal childcare provider card.
Memberships are not transferable. A membership card may only be used by the person to whom it is issued; members must present their cards when entering the building and checking out books.
Membership will be activated upon submission of completed application form (included with gift certificate). It must be redeemed within one year of winning the item.
