An in-home private dinner or cooking class for four (4) prepared by Chef Phil Brenner of PBCooks. A custom menu will be created by the client and chef to be served to your guests. Brenner attended the French Culinary Institute and developed his skills at Andrew Carmellini’s TriBeCa restaurant Locanda Verde, and later at ABC Kitchen, FIG and other well known restaurants.
