Balboa Bay Club understands the unique cituation we are all currently living in and is willing to work with the winner of this membership to accomodate their timeline for their memebership to begin. This is a great opportunity to belong to a beautiful club at a discounted fee, and not begin membership until our environment is a healthy one to be able to enjoy it.

Winner must complete the full application process and is subject to committee review and approval.

2020 dues $475 per month for family membership and are subject to change.

Interested parties should visit the club prior to bidding and speak with the Director of Membership. 

Please note: Balboa Bay Club will receive $12,000 of the final bid once the winner has been approved.  The remaining amount after the $12,000 will benefit Newport Elementary School Foundation.
