Do you love the Los Angeles Zoo?s animals?
Spend time with the Los Angeles Zoo?s animal nutritionist, Emily Schwartz. You will learn about how animal diets are decided and get hands on experience when you and Emily do body condition scoring on a select animal. You will also get a tour of the animal commissary and do a Giraffe feeding.
Experience is for two people and will be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date between the winning bidder and the Los Angeles Zoo. Must be at least 16 years of age. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
Los Angeles Zoo provides homes for more than 295 species including youngsters such as Angela gorilla born January 18, 2020 and oldsters such Eloise orangutan who is 51 years of age.

Zoo currently closed. Tour can be arranged once COVID restrictions on visitation are lifted.
