The price of this item does not include the mandatory surcharge of $140 per person/night based on double occupancy. All reservations are subject to a mandatory supplement of $140 PER PERSON/PER NIGHT which provides all dining, beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities, activities, and gratuities (tips). The all-inclusive mandatory supplement will be charged at the time of reservation.

Government tax/service is additional. Guest choosing to upgrade to a higher room or suite category may do so for as little as $50 + tax per night.  Reservations are subject to availability; some restrictions apply.

Additional peak season surcharge of $100 per person per night applies December 21- April 15. Also, one 7 night stay is valid for peak season dates Dec. 21-April 15. Two 7 night stays are valid April 16 - Dec. 20. 

Air must be purchased at the time of booking for stays Dec. 21-Jan. 3 and Feb. 1-24.
