If the game is cancelled due to COVID-19, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Great Lakes Bay Region will refund the winning bid. It is the responsibility of the winning party to reach out to BBBS at events@bbbsgreatlakesbay.org prior to November 1, 2020 to request this refund. Refunds will not be offered for any other reasons.
The Detroit Lions only offer tickets via their website/app. The winner will receive the tickets digitally in early-August, 2020. No paper tickets will be mailed.
