Just completed in November of 2016 this home is located in Pass Time Subdivision which is across the street from the main beach. Guests will enjoy unobstructed views of Little Lagoon and a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. There is no need to cross the street to reach the beach though; access is gained through a child friendly beach area just west of the home. This Gulf of Mexico access also has a Back Bay Beach area with no waves, which is ideal for small children. If you would rather relax at the house, but still cool off from the warm southern sun, take a dip, or sunbathe at the Outdoor Pool private to guests of this newly developed Pass Time community.
