Committed to the art of authentic cooking, Dimock Board Member Tara Kapila loves to prepare, eat, and teach Indian cooking home. Her Indian cooking classes reflect her passion for authentic Indian culture and love for fresh, healthy food. Tara will help you navigate the complex world of Indian spices and introduce you to traditional northern Indian cooking techniques which she learned from her Mom and Nanima. By the end of the class, you will have a delicious Indian meal to share with your family and new skills for your cooking portfolio!
