The owners of Falafel Taco are living their dream. Who would have thought that a Jewish Chef and a Lovely Mexican Lady would end up combining two such different cultures into one kitchen?
When Rosie and Jon met, they daydreamed of opening a Taco shop. It was the blending of their families that brought this combination of Mexican and Middle east together. It started by cooking for their blended family of vegans and meat eaters. By making their own falafels with fresh bread, and homemade tahini, Latkes with fresh Guacamole, and Mexican Matzo Ball Soup - The fusion of Mexican and Israeli was born.
