Black Bear Diner is a restaurant chain in the Western United States which serves homestyle and "old-fashioned" comfort foods. The first restaurant was opened in Mount Shasta, California in 1995, founded by Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley. The company is based in Redding, California. As of February, 2020, Black Bear Diner has 145 locations in 14 states.

Please bid carefully as all net auction proceeds will fund the Arkansas Alumni Association Scholarship Program.  The Arkansas Alumni Association accepts your bid as a promise to pay. No Refunds, No Exchanges - No Exceptions.

Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid immediately following the closing of the auction. You will then receive a follow up email indicating your payment options and instructions. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:

  • Items are available for pick up at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni house no earlier than November 3 and no later than November 17.
  • Shipping is NOT included in the final bidding price. If shipment of your item is required, please contact the Alumni Association for shipping costs at 479-575-2801.
  • All shipments will be sent by November 17.
