Through implementing the POSITIVE IMPACT P.A.C.E.R. method you will partner with your coach to define and reach your goals. Clients can expect to face up to key challenges learn key concepts and be supported to take action in very practical steps week by week.
Coaching is an excellent accountability tool to ensure that your identified goals and habits are kept in focus every step of the way. Your coach will be your sounding board, your safe and objective person with whom to speak, your brainstorming partner, your motivator, and your partner in celebration, as you begin to create your positive impact.
Weaving mindfulness principals and teachings into coaching sessions will support you on your journey. Clients are not required to have a regular mindfulness practice but are expected to approach coaching sessions with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
