Description
A bespoke one-off workshop (via Zoom), for as many attendees as the winning network member wishes (from within their organisation).
The workshop will begin with an overview of the current understanding of climate anxiety and how it manifests from a psychological perspective. We will then discuss how to identify and process climate-related emotions, in order to promote individual and collective wellbeing, and support people to remain actively engaged in their efforts to reduce climate change.
