From the artist: One early morning I looked up and saw, just outside my studio window, a fawn with its mother walking in the grass, completely unaware that I was watching them. Every day, I am grateful that we live alongside an abundance of wildlife, and in the beauty that surrounds us.

Artist Bio:

Cynthia Nixon is represented in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington, DC and the Museum of Arts & Design, New York. She is an alumna of Dickinson College and Penn State, and studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. She lives the in the quiet beauty of central Pennsylvania, wher her studio is surrounded by meadows, farmland preserve and mountains.
