Beer Tasting Non-Tour of Northeast Minneapolis Breweries

The Northeast Minneapolis brewery scene is what many consider to be the focal point of the Minnesota brewery activity! The three awesome crowlers (32 oz.) of beer offered in this "non-tour" include:

      'Sippi Squeeze, a signature New England IPA from 56 Brewing. 'Sippi Squeeze has a hazy appearance and a fruity, citrusy aroma and flavor. Those who avoid hoppy beers need not worry about an overly bitter tasting IPA with 'Sippi Squeeze.

      Union Lager is a collaboration between Fair State Brewing Cooperative and the venerable Schell's brewery in New Ulm in honor of and in solidarity with each brewery's union workers. This is a very drinkable beer that will appeal to a wide taste range.

      Trollway is from Insight Brewing on East Hennepin. It is their signature beer and has a flavorful, zesty, not-for-the-timid beer -- and yet, it's not so overpowering as to be intolerable to the hop averse.
