We are so lucky to have so many mountains to climb in and around Boulder!
Would you like to challenge yourself without having to climb a "fourteener"? If so, South Boulder Peak is the hike for you! It is the highest peak of the iconic Boulder mountain range, 8,549 ft, and is the least traveled of the five peaks. The summit is a bit challenging, but well worth the effort offering views that stretch from Long's Peak all the way to Pikes Peak.
The round trip hike is approximately 8.5 miles and takes 4-6 hours. Join local hiker, Magdalena, as she leads you on this wonderful hike to the top South Boulder Peak. This adventure can include 1-4 people. Snacks for the hike will be provided.
The hike can be adjusted to your comfort level.
