ultiFIT is the Adult Fitness program at Ultimate Ninjas. ultiFIT was designed to end your boring workout routine and is a great fit for all fitness levels. The program offers two high energy HIIT style sessions and regular Progress Testing to track results. Our most popular training session is, "OC Fusion"- because it is a blend of full body functional training with obstacle course training on our state of the art indoor obstacle course. Our second training session is, "Group Personal Training"- This sessions is a full body functional workout that includes various training methods (kettlebells, suspension training, calisthenics, conditioning, and more!)
