You?ll collect ?chocolata clams? from the sea to prepare a traditional fish and clam ceviche, then using fresh and aromatic herbs from the Chef?s garden, prepare a pescado zarandeado over a wood and coal bonfire. Enjoy these dishes on the beach along with a traditional mojito.
