Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee of certificate, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Certificate will be shipped from California via USPS flat rate envelope and billed at standard industry rates. (If shipment is international, Bidder will also be responsible for any customs fees.)

** Puerto Rico Government Announcement November 2021: As we continue to follow the CDC guidelines for the safety of our guests and employees, we would like to communicate the Executive Order from the Governor to all travelers arriving from a domestic destination into Puerto Rico. It will be required to present proof of complete vaccination by providing the official vaccination card; a copy of the vaccination card will not be accepted. Travelers are still needed to complete a travel declaration form from the Puerto Rico Health Department, which will present you with a unique identification number to show to the hotel upon check-in. Travelers will be required to submit and upload a negative molecular COVID-19 test result, taken within 72 hours before boarding the plane if not fully vaccinated. Children from two to twelve years old must present a negative PCR molecular or antigen COVID-19 test upon arrival.
