As we are making this property available in the low season, please know that the weather will be HOT! But between the pool and the built-in grill and north-facing patio, this house is a haven and perfect spot for a family escape.

At the northern end of Downtown Tempe, you?ll find Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Beach Park. Surrounded by condos, business complexes, an artistic pedestrian bridge, a popular park, a light rail bridge and marina, Tempe Town Lake is the site of daily water recreation.
