The Cork and Board in Newton Centre is generously donating a charcuterie making class for 4 people!
The class will include a custom cheese board, one cheese, salami, and a choice of three other items, including olives, nuts, dried fruit, and honeycomb. During the class we will sample a wine or two. All participants will receive 10% off any purchase made that evening.
The Cork and Board is an independent, family-owned business serving Newton Centre and surrounding communities. Their shop has a selection of fine wines and New Englad craft beers. They also carry locally sourced specialty foods including meats, cheeses, canned vegetables, chocolate, coffee, tea, syrup, jams, chutneys, rubs, marinades and spreads to compliment your next cocktail party or casual dinner at home.
This package is valued at ~$375.

Item Special Note
The store will be open to the public during the class. The class must be scheduled on a mutually agreeable Tuesday or Wednesday evening in 2023. Waivers must be signed prior to the start of the class. The class will last approximately one hour and must end no later than 8pm.

As soon as possible after the close of the auction, the Mason-Rice auction committee will communicate local pickup details for physical items OR email electronic gift certificates to the winning bidder.
If you place the winning bid for this auction item, you?ll have the option at checkout to cover all credit card and website fees (7.5%) so that 100% of your donation supports the non-profit Mason-Rice Elementary School PTO.
