From our gardens to our kitchen, we present fresh interpretations of traditional Italian dishes using sustainably farmed, local fruits and vegetables, and all organic meats.
Inspiration from the bounty of local farms and our own restaurant garden help create a daily changing menu that has kept Bistro Don Giovanni on the San Francisco Chronicle's top Bay Area restaurants since the list's inception.
Our lively bar features hundreds of Napa Valley and Italian wines, as well as seasonally inspired cocktails.
Scala Osteria, Napa, CA -- $100 Gift Certificate
Scala Osteria is the latest restaurant to join downtown Napa and the "little sister" of Napa's famous Bistro Don Giovanni.
While Bistro Don Giovanni is broadly Italian, the menu at Scala is inspired by owner Giovanni Scala's Neapolitan upbringing in Torre del Greco, a small maritime city just outside of Naples that sits west of Pompei. Notably, the new restaurant is outfitted with an oyster bar and wood-fired oven.
"We offer a seafood-centered Southern Italian menu filled with whole fish and Neapolitan classics like pizza and pasta. Please join us for lunch or dinner in our Mediterranean-inspired dining space, and try some of the best wines from Napa to Napoli."
Item Special Note
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 10, 2023, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 7, 2023, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)
