Whether you are straight off the couch or an elite athlete, our classes are appropriate for all levels, and we always provide regressions and progressions for each client to meet their individual needs. This helps newbies to ease in, and those more experienced to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Workouts are designed with our mantra of "Tone, Sweat and Transform" in mind. Reformer exercises are combined with mat, tower or chair work, plus small apparatus. This approach prevents plateaus andcontinues to tone the body, and workouts are never the same, making for a fun and challenging experience for all.
You get more than just a great workout at our beautiful Napa Valley studio. It's a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to health, wellness and vitality. For over 25 years I enjoyed a successful and rewarding graphic design career. But by the age of 46 I had developed the poor posture, flabby muscles, and slumped shoulders that come from spending too many hours at a computer.
I kept hearing the buzz about Pilates transforming bodies and was determined to experience it for myself. Inspired by the immediate changes in my own body after practicing just three times a week for only one month, I decided to enroll in a teacher training certification program. After completing an intense comprehensive Pilates apparatus training and apprenticeship through the Physical Mind Institute method, I was ready to teach and bring "Pilates to the people" of Napa Valley! I chose to shift gears from my longtime graphic design career and make this my full-time profession, opened Pilates Napa Valley in May 2007, and we've been going 12 years strong ever since. I've enjoyed every minute of it, and love training clients of all ages and fitness levels ... watching their bodies and lives change through the magic of Pilates, just as mine did.

Items not picked up by March 10, 2023, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 7, 2023, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)
