Item Description

Bring a 17" x 22" print by David Bacon, the photographer behind Envoy's traveling exhibit In the Fields of the North, to your home or museum by bidding now. Photographer and journalist David Bacon has spent over three decades documenting the lives of migrant workers and organizing with United Farm Workers. His documentation has been used by FIOB and CRLA to advocate for the rights of migrants and farm workers. Now, his work is featured in the traveling Envoy exhibit In the Fields of the North / En los campos del norte, and his book of the same name was released by UC Press in May of 2017.

Choose from one of the three images shown above:

  • "The hands of Armando"
  • "Oaxacan Dance"
  • "A crew cuts anise in the Salinas Valley"

Your chosen photograph from In the Fields of the North will be printed on an 17" x 22" Epson Exhibition Fiber paper - a museum-grade exhibition paper with the surface feel of the old Kodak fiber paper - and will be ready-to-frame. View In the Fields of the North at its next installation when it opens at History San Jose on Oct. 25.
