Gourmet cooking class for 20 guests with FIU's lead Chef Michael Moran – the culinary coordinator for the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
The evening begins with a gourmet menu planning session using the finest available ingredients, followed by a collaborative preparation session with Chef Moran and his assistants. The cooking class will be followed immediately by a served gourmet dinner and wine pairing with wines selected by renowned enologist Dr. Barry Gump.
