Chef Brian Massie’s menu fuses inspired American cuisine with fine dining elements, focusing mainly on simply grilled top-quality fish, meat and poultry. Perfect for a quick bite before a night out or a full meal shared with friends, STACK is sure to impress the most seasoned of palates and satisfy even the most finicky of diners. Notable menu items include: Hot Rocks, thinly sliced sirloin prepared tableside; Ultimate Kobe “Stacked” Burger, 10oz Kobe beef, crispy onion ring, Vermont cheddar, special sauce; and the Ultimate Surf & Turf, 2lb Maine stuffed lobster and 40oz porter steak with choice of two sides and sauces. To complement your main course, enjoy a STACK side dish with choices including, but not limited to: Country Potato Gratin, Steamed Organic Asparagus in truffle-infused hollandaise, and Bacon and Brie-Stuffed ‘Adult’ Tater Tots.

In addition to the delectable menu offerings, STACK Restaurant & Bar serves a wide array of specialty cocktails including the celebrity favorite Berrylicious, which includes Belvedere Black Raspberry, strawberry puree, lemon juice and rock candy.
