Item Description
One BARBRI Tuition Certificate for $250.
LIMIT ONE CERTIFICATE OF ANY VALUE PER PERSON.
Person with highest bid on more than one certificate will be awarded highest value certificate.
Certificate can be applied as credit towards BARBRI course tuition in any state in the country.
If BARBRI tuition is already paid in full, BARBRI will refund the face value of the certificate.
Item Special Note
This item is limited to current students and alumni of Pace Law School.
The recipient must forward the original certificate to BARBRI (with the $250 non-refundable registration fee if not yet enrolled) within 30 days of issuance.
By presenting or mailing certificate to BARBRI, the bearer accepts the following terms:
REGISTRATION: All students enrolling in BARBRI must pay a $250 non-refundable registration fee. Certificates may NOT be used toward the BARBRI registration fee. Certificates may only be used toward the final bar review balance on the recipient's account.
TRANSFERABILITY: Certificates are non-transferable without written consent of a BARBRI Bar Review Course Director.
EXPIRATION: Recipient must forward the original certificate, a BARBRI enrollment card, and a $250 non-refundable registration fee (if not previously enrolled) to BARBRI within 30 days of issuance. Certificate is valid and may be used for up to two years after graduation from law school.
