An Asian Culinary Experience and Lunch for 6 at Dana Estates with Private Chef Daniel Ha

Your experience begins with a private tour of the fabulous Dana Estates winery, designed by Howard Backen, followed by a stroll through the Lee Family gardens to pick fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs. Then, the artistry begins – in your private, hands-on cooking class Chef Daniel Ha will teach you to make traditional dishes from Vietnam and Korea.  Your culinary creations will be paired with the exquisite wines made by winemaker Philippe Melka from Dana Estates as well as wines from the Lee’s private cellar.  It will be an unforgettable afternoon and a cultural awakening of the senses!

Item Special Note

Special restrictions:
Luncheon and cooking lesson to be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date, and redeemed Monday through Friday only, no weekends, or holidays.  Dates will be set two months in advance, and lot expires in 6 months, 12/31/2013.

Collection of California Sales Tax:
Unless a valid resale permit is presented to seller prior to the sale, purchaser will be required to pay all state and local retail sales taxes applicable in the date of sale. Resale permits will be accepted only for businesses that are reasonably expected to buy and sell wine. Sales tax will be collected on the fair market value of each lot.
