DINING, FL- Enjoy a very special evening of fine dining and fine wines as the culinary and sommelier staff of Emeril's Miami Beach shares their talents with you and your three guests this winter during the South Beach Food and Wine Festival. Chef Emeril Lagasse will be on hand to welcome you and to oversee your meal's preparation to create a truly memorable evening for you and your guests. Expert sommelier, David Mokha, will be hosting you alongside Emeril and opening some of Jimmy's most special wines for you. David will make sure each wine perfectly complements your food.
Emeril is one of the best known chefs in the country, the proprietor of several top-rated restaurants in the U.S., a national television personality, an established cookbook author and the recipient of a multitude of awards for himself and his restaurants. Emeril Lagasse brings his warm personality, high energy, bold exciting flavors and an unforgettable dining experience to Miami's South Beach. Like his flagship restaurant, Emeril's in New Orleans, the menu features what Emeril calls "new" New Orleans cuisine, which includes the history and richness of Creole cuisine with the addition of progressive, cultural and seasonal influences. Located near the Loews Hotel on Collins Avenue in the St. Moritz Hotel building, Emeril's Miami Beach complements South Beach's entertainment scene. With a spacious David-Rockwell-designed dining room and kicked up lounge area, Emeril's is one of South Beach's hottest spots. Citysearch Miami Beach gave Emeril's four and one-half stars and Zagat called it a "slam-bam" knockout. A dinner at any of Emeril's restaurants is always a great experience.
