Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advamce. Gift certificates are not valid during special events or high occupancy periods. This certificate is applicable for room and tax only. Upon check-in, please present the Original Certificate to the front desk. Black-out Dates are as follows: January 3-10, 2012, February 17-21, 2012, March 31st - April 2nd, 2012, April 27th - May 6, 2012 and July 6-9, 2012.

Hotel stays are subject to availability; cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date; and require advance registration, notification of certificate use at the time of reservation, and presentation of original documentation upon arrival. A credit card may be required to confirm a reservation. Lost or stolen vouchers/certificates cannot be replaced. Only those services listed in the item description are included. Incidentals will be the responsibility of the guest. Since some blackout dates may apply (especially during holidays and special event periods), THLA recommends that our bidders have a few redemption dates in mind in order to avoid disappointment. We do not have the ability to confirm the availability of specific dates or rooms.
