Item Description

Paul A. Brule, Esq. of Walsh, Brule and Nault Attorneys, 1334 Mendon Road, Cumberland, RI, will provide TWO complete Last Will and Testament. This law firm has been in business in RI since 1987, you can find more at the website, here.

A Simple Will: provides for the outright distribution of assets for an uncomplicated estate. Doing a Simple Will with the guidance of an attorney allows you to be made aware of state laws which may affect the distribution of your assets, even if you do not have a complex estate. A Simple Will allows you to appoint an executor and if you have minor children, a guardian for the children (tho' many parents prefer a more complex will if they have minor children, so as to include trust provisions for controlling assets beyond the age of 18.) It simply states "who gets what" - - either the amount of $$ and/or the % of the estate and/or specify who gets what items.  It’s a simple list of what you want to happen to your assets in the event of your death.  Pls note: Simple Wills do not include powers of attorneys which are a very important part of an overall plan, nor does it include restructuring real estate, which is often times advised when the children are fiscally mature.
