Michael Mina’s flagship steak restaurant has redefined the classic American steakhouse. STRIPSTEAK features a menu with all-natural certified Angus beef, American Kobe beef slow-poached and wood-fired. Other specialties include Colorado Lamb with Rosemary Lamb Jus; Braised Pork Shank with Spicy Long Beans; and classic American side dishes with a STRIPSTEAK twist, such as Truffled Mac n’ Cheese and Spinach Soufflé with Parmesan Cream.
STRIPSTEAK offers an inviting bar scene and sophisticated atmosphere in a modern alternative to the traditional steakhouse setting. As with Mina's other restaurants, STRIPSTEAK uses only the highest quality ingredients — corn-fed, all-natural meat, line-caught seafood and fresh, seasonal produce.
And of course… don’t forget the impressive wine list and mouth-watering dessert menu. Expect to take your time and enjoy the evening!
