The Seeds of Kindness website notes that the the definition for loving-kindness, "the English translation of the Pali word metta, is unconditional well-wishing and openhearted nurturing of ourselves and others, just as we are."
Each one-of-a-kind string of beads is accompanied by a book, The Gift of Loving-Kindness, and CD that explain loving-kindness practice and provide a guided meditation. Seeds of Kindness is happy to work with the successful bidder for this item to assist in their bead selections.
Seeds of Kindness was established by three friends whose professional and spiritual paths had crossed for more than twenty years. Their combined love for beads and the experience of loving-kindness meditation was the motivation for Seeds of Kindness.
