Item Description
The 2013 East Coast Retreat will combine live teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche supported by presentations from Rigpa senior instructors, group practice sessions and practice instruction. The retreat is suitable for people completely new to meditation or to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, as well as long-term practitioners.
The retreat is set on the beautiful campus of Connecticut College, flanked by a 750-acre Arboretum on the shores of Long Island Sound.
Rigpa is an international network of over 130 Buddhist centres and groups in 40 countries around the world including Rigpa.usa. It was founded by Sogyal Rinpoche, the author of the ground-breaking book, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying.
