In May 2006, Caesars Palace welcomed Guy Savoy, the famed French chef whose namesake restaurant in Paris has three Michelin Stars, which is widely recognized as the pinnacle in culinary achievement. In 1997, he was honored with a "Guy Savoy" entry in the prestigious Larousse encyclopedia. In 2000 he received the Legion d' Honneur, his country's highest honor, from the French Minister of Agriculture. In 2002 he was awarded his third Michelin Star and voted "Chef of the Year" by his French peers. His only U.S. dining establishment, the Caesars Palace restaurant has received widespread critical acclaim including Esquire's "Best New Restaurants," and Gayot's "Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S." It earned 3 -1/2 stars from the Los Angeles Times while Newsweek International called it "the best restaurant in Las Vegas, and one of the finest anywhere." In 2008, after only two years of operation, Restaurant Guy Savoy won the AAA Five Diamond Award and the Wine Spectator Grand Award. Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill acts as two unique restaurants the grill section of the restaurant features a relaxed and friendly setting with dishes including Scottish Salmon, lamb T-bone, whole brick pressed Cornish chicken, dry aged 30 oz. bone-in beef rib eye and spotted dog.  The pub features elevated British pub food in a comfortable and lively setting showing sporting events from across the world on state of the art entertainment systems.  The pub includes 36 beers served on tap in addition to another 63 bottled beers.  With an eye towards dishes that pair well with beer the pub menu includes English ale onion soup, shepherd’s pie, a selection of sausages and the classic pub fish and chips.

Designed to evoke thoughts of a classic Parisian pastry shop, rich and vibrant colors dominate the space as hand-crafted woodwork, crystal, blown glass and leather banquettes complete the restaurant's elegant feel. Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro Caesars Palace offers guests three distinct experiences including a chocolate shop, pastry shop with made-to-order crepes and other individually packaged sandwiches and pastries that can be taken to go. There is also an intimate full-service dining room that serves breakfast and lunch. Signature Dishes: Classic Croque Monsieur, ham and Swiss cheese quiche, crêpes and pastries.
