Item Description

His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa made a generous gift to Nalandabodhi Canada of three calligraphies, painted on rice paper by his own hand. The calligraphies - entitled Karmapa, Dharma, and Emptiness - are breathtaking in their power and simplicity.

His Holiness's gift was intended to raise funds for Nalandabodhi Canada which has produced limited edition prints of the calligraphies. These prints are archival quality printed on 100% rag paper. This framed print is behind plexiglass and features gloss black moulding, acid-free double mat and backing with hanging wire assembled, ready to hang.

In recognition of this important and meaningful project the Shambhala Sun Foundation will donate all proceeds from the sale of this print to Nalandabodhi Canada. To view prints of the "Karmapa" and "Dharma" calligraphies produced by His Holiness please follow this link. More prints are available for purchase at that site.
