Item Description
A day fly-fishing with Craig is nothing short of a treasure. The highest bidder here will win just that, and be able to invite a friend too. The two of you will enjoy tight lines in Montana rivers on a day trip this summer or fall. Craig will share special fishing holes, reveal spectacular views, bring along any gear that's needed, tie a fly one-handed and blindfolded (ok, maybe not blindfolded) and end the day with a wonderful dinner enjoyed in good company.
Craig and his wife Jackie founded Blue Ribbon Flies in West Yellowstone in 1979. In 2002 he and Yvon Chouinard of Patagonia founded 1% for the Planet, and have never looked back. Craig remains actively involved with 1% and has been instrumental in the organization's growth, speaking on its behalf to audiences everywhere. In 2005, Craig was named 'Angler of the Year' by Fly Rod and Reel magazine. He attributes his business tripling in size to his active participation in 1% for the Planet.
