Enjoy three nights in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California. Located in Phase V of Snowcreek, adjacent to the golf course, it is a fabulous pet friendly two bedroom/two bathroom bottom one level condo. Guests will appreciate the mountain decor and the extremely fine condition of this lovely home. The unit features new bedding & comfortable pine furnishings. The master bedroom features a king size bed, plenty of closet space, a private bathroom, great views and a TV. The second bedroom offers a double & twin size bed as well as a TV. Each bathroom is full size with slate floors and is in immaculate condition. The kitchen features wood flooring and is open with plenty of cabinet space including everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. Just off the kitchen is a unique dining table with seating for six and there is additional barstool seating for three at the kitchen counter. Adjacent to the dining area is a sliding glass door that opens up to a lovely deck with its own gas barbeque and chairs. The deck also offers spectacular views of the Sherwin Mountains with a nice grass area for the children and dogs to play. The living area is spacious and offers a TV, DVD, CD stereo, and a river rock gas fireplace. We are confident that staying in this unit will make your mountain getaway extremely memorable! This is a first floor unit with easy access to parking. FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit. There is a dog crate for a medium to large size dog available if necessary. This unit does offer internet access. TOWN ORDINANCE REQUIRES ALL DOGS TO BE WALKED ON A LEASH.Bed Arrangement: A king in the master, a double & a twin size bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.The maximum occupancy is six guests.
