Sunset Royal knows a fun vacation includes plenty of activities and services that result in an enjoyable, relaxing stay. That’s why the vacation activities we offer range from the familiar, such as fitness classes and beach volleyball to the unique, such as Mexican handicraft workshops and nightly theme parties. 

Our on-site services provide both the fundamentals for convenience and extravagances for indulgence, ranging from airport transportation and Internet access to spa treatments and shopping tours.

 Most adult and children’s activities at the resort run daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Restaurants

Vacations are the perfect time to indulge in your favorite foods and try regional specialties. The Sunset Royal offers a variety of dining options, from international buffets and snacks to Italian and Asian fusion cuisine served in various settings, from the bright sunny Aqua Grill to our Moonlight Theater. Room service is also available 7 days a week from *7:00 am to 10:30 pm. 

Special Note: 

1. This vacation is valid for 5 days and 4 nights hotel in Cancún, Mexico, and has a retail value of $1300 USD. At time of reservation, a mandatory all inclusive upgrade fee shall be payable by the travelers at the rate of $99.00 per adult, per night. 2 children under 12 receive the all inclusive meal program free, upon payment of adults mandatory upgrade. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it. This vacation certificate does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, food and beverages and/or any other personal expense or purchase.

2. This vacation certificate is valid for travel within 18 months from date of receipt

3. This vacation certificate is valid for travel by two adults (one of which must be at least 25 years of age) and two children, ages 12 and under. Adult travelers must present a valid drivers license and a major credit card for identification at time of check-in.

 4. All reservations are subject to space and availability and can be made through our reservations department by calling 1-866-760-1843 (USA/Canada), 0800 883 0761 (UK).

 5. Additional nights and any other modifications to this vacation certificate are subject to availability and additional charges. Rates may vary during high peak seasons.

 6. Reservation changes may be made without additional charge up to 14 days prior to intended arrival date via phone, fax or email.

7. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate offers travel insurance protection which can be purchased by contacting customer service at 1-800-961-8354.

8. This vacation certificate is nonrefundable; however it is 100% transferable, provided the transferees meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 9. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for any expenses caused by accident, delays or acts of God.

10. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representation by any individual.

11. During your stay you will be asked, but not required, to enjoy a private viewing at our resort (approx. 90 - 120 minutes) to familiarize yourself with all of the amenities available to you during your vacation, and the options for participation in one of our vacation ownership plans.

12. Travel certificates with multiple destinations cannot be used for back to back travel or in conjunction with any other vacation certificate, certificate or offer.

 13. This vacation certificate is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be two or more vacation certificate holders traveling together; and/or two or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period.
