Art director Liza Matthews calls this calligraphy "a brilliant contemporary example of a traditional Zen form." Created by Kaz Tanahashi when visiting and teaching a workshop in Halifax it was one of ten from which he invited Liza to choose. It has since been on the cover of the Shambhala Sun and gone on to be one of the most popular prints in the Online Gallery.
