WEDNESDAY=

You will arrive in the morning at the Turin airport. A private car will pick you up and drive you to Dogliani.

The entire structure, which includes the first church of Dogliani, has ancient origins, starting from the seventh century AD until the last reconstructions and extensions that date back to 1700. It has been recently restored and improved in its architecture which remains clean and simple, respecting the area and the environment. The rooms are cozy, and possess a typical country atmosphere that will bring you back to the old times.  The living room and the dining room, were once a stable and storage rooms and remind us of the old “locandas” (inns) that used to welcome wayfarers and pilgrims.

The restraurant, where the food is homemade and prepared with local products, follows the Piedmontese and Langarole customs and traditions and that’s why they never serve more than 25 people at a time, to make the experience more personal and homey.

Their farm produces wine (Dolcetto di Dogliani D.O.C.), honey, grows their own vegetable and fruit and prepares their own jam.
