Design and Create your own pastries with FIU Pastry Chef Roger Probst.  Personalized Class for 12 Inspired Pastry Lovers.

Bring your friends and participate in making your own pastry with FIU's renowned Chef Roger Probst, formerly with the Culinary Institute of America. Participants will meet for four hours in the Pastry Lab and complete all the steps necessary to create a selection of pastries. Cake decoration instruction will be available as well. Participants will receive aprons for the class, and all personalized pastries will be packaged to share and enjoy with friends.

Item Special Note

Pastry instruction may take place on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoon, as arranged between the Chef and participants. Florida International University, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Pastry Lab – Biscayne Bay Campus.
