Winning bidder will spend a few hours with Christopher Arelt, expert fisherman and co-author of "The Offbeat Angler", on Cedar Lake in Lyme. Cedar Lake is a pristine 25-acre private lake bordered by Lyme Land Trust property in the Federally protected 8 mile watershed corridor of the Connecticut River.
Fish for large mouth bass, the wily pickerel or perch while you swap tales and jokes. The winning bidder also receives an autographed copy of the book, which has been described as “a modern-day take on Sir Izaak Walton’s The Compleat Angler.”
