A credit card may be required to confirm a reservation. Lost or stolen vouchers/certificates cannot be replaced. Only those services listed in the item description are included. Incidentals will be the responsibility of the guest. Since some blackout dates may apply (especially during holidays and special event periods), THLA recommends that our bidders have a few redemption dates in mind in order to avoid disappointment. We do not have the ability to confirm the availability of specific dates or rooms.
