Evenings don't get more special than this:  Chef Eddie Herbert, good friend of a long-time New West parent, will come to your home and cook up authentic Creole dishes including: gumbo, filet mignon and banana foster bread pudding. And it doesn't stop there...

Eddie Herbert was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, he has worked in New Orleans, Manhattan, St.Martin West Indies and Los Angeles.  He has vast experiences in hotels, restaurants and catering special events.  This is an opportunity to have a delicious evening catered in your home surrounded by close friends. So bid high and invite up to 7 guests--all you have to do is set the table and supply the beverages!

Item Special Note

Local bidders/New West Families will need to pick up items at New West Charter Middle School during the following specified times. Please bring your winning email confirmation; this is your ticket for receiving your items.

 Saturday, May 12, 9:00am-12:00pm

Tuesday, May 15 3:00-6:00pm

If you are unable to pick-up your items during one of these specified times, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and billed at standard rates and charged to your credit card. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Out of area bid winners will be charged for shipping and handling after auction close. Shipping and handling charges must be paid prior to shipment.

- Larger items will be charged at UPS ground standard rates for shipping and handling. 

- Shipping and handling charges greater than $50 will be verified with the bid winner prior to shipping.
