Newley refreshed single family house that sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 compact car garage. This house has an interior courtyard which provides guest with an indoor/outdoor space, so you can enjoy the wonderful California weather. The courtyard has a built in spa, living and dining spaces and it has a TV and BBQ. The living room and kitchen have sliding glass doors that open on to the interior courtyard, allowing an open spacial layout.

We have instant hot water, so no more waiting to shower; we hope you will enjoy this feature as much as we do. Upstairs bathroom has a double entry: one accessible from the master bedroom and the other from the outside hall. It also has two pedestal sinks and the shower has two shower head and spray systems and of course a toilet. The downstairs bathroom has a single sink, shower and toilet.

Fees that will need to be paid when booking with the owner include: security deposit (which is $1000 and 100% refundable if no damage occurs) and the cleaning fee ($250 non refundable). A rental agreement with rules and regulations must be signed upon booking.  No more than 8 people can stay the night.  There is NO smoking.

Rental aggreement: I am in possession of the rental aggreement should you have any questions.

There are NO refunds or exchanges once payment is recieved.  All of the money goes immediately to the March of Dimes.
