Item Description
Any fan of the fantastic and mythological would be lucky to own this 25½" by 30½" framed print from 1976, signed by the artist. A beautiful naked goddess rides atop a majestic, bronze unicorn past the Earth, moon, and other heavenly bodies. Her long hair flows behind her as she shoots a single, elegant arrow into what appears to be the fabric of time and space itself, and it shatters upon impact. This piece appears to be a stunning tribute to the ancient Greek figure Artemis, protector of women, and goddess of archery and the moon. The colors are soft and gentle, in deep contrast to the burst of movement produced by the arrow hitting the backdrop. This beautiful item includes 3" double matting and a 2" wood and silver frame. It's kept for its own safety behind glass, and comes with wire on the back so it can be easily hung in a lucky home that may very well be yours!
