We will walk you and three of your friends through every level of creating our small batch whiskeys, from grain to glass. Then sit and taste through several of our spirits. oh YUM!
The Sonoma County Distilling Company was founded in 2010 in the heart of Sonoma County tasked with producing high quality whiskeys for the discerning whiskey drinker.
Grain to Glass
Grain to Glass is our focus here at Sonoma County Distilling Company – every level of the production is handled in-house including the mashing and fermentation of grains, direct-fired copper alembic pot distillation, American oak barrel aging, bottling, and labeling. Through hard work, traditional time-honored techniques, and our ideal location in picturesque Sonoma County, we are California’s premier whiskey distillery.
Tasting Room & Tours
Our tasting room is open for walk in tastings Wednesday – Friday, 11am to 5pm. Bottle sales are available onsite. We are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Saturday and Sunday for tours (includes tasting) but you MUST BOOK AHEAD OF TIME HERE.
