BEAUTIFUL SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE VACATION VILLA CAN BE YOURS WITH 4 BEDROOMS OR 7 BEDROOMS.

This charming, casual, spacious house is the perfect place for a gathering of friends and family, a retreat or a small business conference.

You can spend all of your time sitting by the swimming pool or relaxing in one of the 6 private patios. Or you can go shopping and sightseeing in terrific San Miguel de Allende, one of Mexico's most artistic and welcoming towns. There are many nearby historic sites or you can play golf or tennis or just sit in the jardin, the central public garden, and enjoy an ice cream while you people watch.

The property has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, all comfortable, private and decorated with whimsy and warmth. There's an entertainment room with large-screen cable TV, DVD and VHS players, and comfy sofas. The house has wireless Internet and a Vonage phone that allows you to make unlimited free calls to anywhere in the US and Canada.

A superb cook and maid will be at your service. Two excellent masseuses plus other skilled people can come to the house to do facials, manicures, pedicures and reflexology.

This house can be yours - if you are the high bidder - with 4 bedrooms or the full 7 bedrooms. Food and alcoholic beverages are extra, but you can arrange meals at the house every day or meals a few days, or you can eat at the many fine restaurants in town. We will provide menus for you. There may be an additional cost for extra serving and housekeeping staff if you book the 7-bedroom option and dine there often. The house manager will discuss this with you when you talk to him about the menu selections.

Item Special Note

Stay subject to availability, to be arranged with property manager.  Full week, from Saturday to Saturday.  Transportation to/from San Miguel not included.

Property management adds the following:

1. The high bidder and his/her group will be the only ones residing in the house during that week. We don’t rent rooms. Some renters only want to use 4 bedrooms rather than all 7.
2. Our cook requires a few days’ notice for breakfast, lunch or dinner so she can purchase food. All food and beverages are at cost and our cook is paid by the resident at 250 pesos per lunch or dinner meals. (the exchange rate to the dollar is very favorable these days so it is very low cost).   Depending on how many people will be staying at the house, there might be a small fee for additional maid service.  If there are 6 or more people, more housekeeping is required.
3. The dates are subject to availability except holiday weeks are not available. When the high bidder indicates the week preferred, the contact for the villa will advise on availability. Once dates are confirmed, transportation and arrival information will be shared with San Miguel Management (property managers) and Rosario, the house manager, so that guests will be met upon arrival.
4. ARRIVAL – please note that it is important that arrivals are before 6:00 pm and departure by noon on last day.
