The Hermitage Club is an exclusive, four-season private club community in southern Vermont celebrating the outdoors and family fun. 

Members have access to our private mountain recreational activities in the winter ranging from alpine skiing and snowboarding with no lift lines and uncrowded trails, to cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating and snowshoeing. In the spring, summer and fall members enjoy golfing on our 18-hole Desmond Muirhead designed course plus hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and paddling. 

Our incredible new 80,000 square foot clubhouse, which just opened for the 2014-2015 ski season, offers seasonally-inspired fine dining, rejuvenating luxurious spa services, member locker rooms, state of the art fitness facilities and much more. 

The Hermitage Club’s 1400 acre resort enclave is tucked away in the tranquil mountains of the Deerfield Valley in southern Vermont, within easy reach of major metropolitan areas.

• 7 Nights : 2 weekend nights and 5 weeknights for four guests in two rooms in one of our six boutique inns (certain blackout dates apply) 

• Lodging is included (up to 2 standard inn rooms per night) 

• Full club access including downhill skiing, tubing, ice skating, cross country skiing, golf (tee times and driving range), access to the clubhouse and fitness center. 

• Full club access is available from the arrival day through the departure day. 

• The membership must be used within one year of the auction date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Membership Approval. The winning bidder is said owner of the 7-night Membership pending The Hermitage Club’s approval. The Hermitage Club is not responsible for the refund of any monies associated with your organization that may be required in the event the winning bidder’s Membership application is not approved. It is the sole responsibility of the fundraising organization.

2) Anyone who has had an introductory, guest or auction membership in the past is ineligible for this membership.

3) Non-Transferable Ownership. 7-night Membership may not be transferred or (re)sold.

4) Conversion to Permanent Membership. Conversion of the Introductory Membership to a permanent lifetime (Legacy) is at the sole discretion of The Hermitage Club and is subject to terms and conditions as set by The Hermitage Club.

5) Activation Date. The activation date of The Hermitage Club 7-night Membership is to be the originally recorded date of the organization’s auction event. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact The Hermitage Club to request paperwork.
