Item Description
Item 7037
Kosta-Browne Winery, Sebastopol
Magnum 2013 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Value: $300
The grapes for this wine came from vineyards that are particularly influenced by the Pacific Ocean resulting in a singular wine that is distinctively Sonoma Coast.
The Petaluma Wind Gap and the San Pablo Bay provide deep flavors and rich texture. The outlier of the blend comes from the Walala Vineyard in the northern coastal reaches, providing the spice characteristics.
On the nose, there is black cherry, ripe currants, blueberry, cocoa nibs and cassis. The palate has a rich dark fruit character, lush black cherry and ripe currants.
Only 100 magnums produced.
